Chocolate Dipped Skonies


16 ounces milk chocolate chips

9 tablespoons butter

20 Vanilla Bean Skonies


  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. 
  2. Holding the Skonie at one end, dip half of the cookie into the melted chocolate letting any excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place cookie on cooling rack. Let rest for 1 to 2 hours or until chocolate has cooled and is thoroughly hardened.
