Chocolate Dipped Skonies
16 ounces milk chocolate chips
9 tablespoons butter
20 Vanilla Bean Skonies
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Holding the Skonie at one end, dip half of the cookie into the melted chocolate letting any excess chocolate drip off.
- Place cookie on cooling rack. Let rest for 1 to 2 hours or until chocolate has cooled and is thoroughly hardened.
